Return Policy


Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receiving your original order, including sale items.
  • The product shall not be used, should be in the same condition you received it and should be in the original box and/or packaging.
  • How may I return an item? Simply email us at info@liliputi.com within the 30 days return period naming the product(s) you wish to return. Also, please don't forget to tell us your order number.
  • In our reply, we will email you complete instructions together with a Return Label and ask you to attach it to the outside of your return package.
  • As a European customer, you may return your parcel using any postal service. In case you would like to return a product from any destination outside of the EU, please use FedEx's postal service in order to avoid custom clearance/administration fees, otherwise these costs (€10-35 depending on the chosen service) will be deducted before the refund. If FedEx is not available in your destination, please contact us.
  • As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so that if your parcel goes missing, you will have proof that you have sent it.
  • Once your return is received we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
  • Refunds (only for the ordered items, excluding original shipping cost) are made as the original method of payment used for your original order usually within 10 business days of package receipt. Please note that the shipping cost of the return is payable by the costumer. 

Exchange Policy


    We understand that picking the right colour or finding the right size might be a bit difficult when buying over the internet. So we are happy to exchange your unused Liliputi products within 30 days from receiving your original order
    • If the desired model is unavailable you may exchange it for another model or return the product.
    • How can I exchange a product? Simply email us at info@liliputi.com within the 30 days exchange period naming the product(s) you wish to exchange. Also please don't forget to tell us your order number.
    • In our reply, we will email you complete instructions together with a Return Label and ask you to attach it to the outside of your return package. You also need to pay the shipping cost to your country.
    • As a European customer, you may return your parcel using any postal service. In case you would like to return a product from any destination outside of the EU, please use FedEx's postal service in order to avoid custom clearance/administration fees, otherwise these costs (€10-35 depending on the chosen service) will be invoiced along with the second shipping cost. If FedEx is not available in your destination, please contact us.
    • As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so that if in any way your parcel goes missing, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.
    • Once your return is received we immediately send you the exchanged item. Shipping costs are payable by the costumer for shipping both ways.
